Computer Education to Enhance Learning  (CEEL) Program   is a Computer Literacy and eLearning Program   for  K– 12 schools. The program is designed to incorporate hands-on and personalize learning pace approach to learning computer fundamentals and internet literacy in the classroom. 
  The program aim is to provide the skills needed to use a   telecommunication platform that enhances learning outputs. K-  12 students and teachers will be able to effectively use the computer and internet as a learning enhancement tools in the classroom. With the goal of providing computer and internet   literacy training, the program will utilize user-friendly learning   modules for students who have little or no computer skills.  
  The K-12 computer and eLearning program modules are   structured with consideration for the learner grade level and   competency in computer usage. The program provides a step   by step approach to acquiring lifelong computer and internet   skill from the classroom. Also, CEEL is designed to help teachers use the computer as a tool to enhance learning in their classroom. Teachers will have the opportunity to use eContents and other online resources to improve their students learning output.

COMPUTER EDUCATION TO ENHANCE LEARNING

The Environmental Education program aims to   develop and provide curriculum-base environmental   education and eco-literacy training  to increase the     environmental awareness of K-12 learners and youths. 

   LEARN  delivers outdoor environmental   education and eco-literacy trainings  to schools and   youth groups on request and through grant programs. We are  working with the   Ministry of Education  to integrate environment   education into school curriculum.

  LEARN is also seeking funding to secure a protected nature center to enrich its field trip,nature camps and environmental education program.
 

ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION

The program is funded by the U.S. Department of State,     Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs (ECA) to provide   full scholarships for high school students from countries   with significant Muslim populations to study for one   academic year in the United States. 

   YES students serve as   “youth ambassadors” of their home country, promoting mutual understanding by forming lasting relationships with their host families and communities. Participants live with a   host family, attend an American high school, acquire leadership skills, and engage in activities to learn about U.S.  society and values; they also help educate Americans   about their home country and culture.

  The YES program is administered in partnership with the U.S. Department of State by a consortium of non-profit organizations led by American Councils for International Education. In Liberia,iEARN-Liberia manages the YES program in partnership with the local U.S. Embassy, Public Affairs Office.
